Chargent is a payments app built on Salesforce. Its YouTube channel teaches customers how to take payments, stay compliant and get more out of the platform, and it films in batches: a handful of shoot days, dozens of episodes.

They needed a post-production partner who could turn those shoot days into a steady stream of publish-ready episodes, and keep every one of them on-brand.

What shipped

More than 100 episodes across product education, compliance explainers and compilations, each taken from raw footage and script to a final cut. Chargent’s motion brand ran through every episode, and every cut got a color grade, an audio mix and sound design.

Review ran through agents. Notes from the project manager and the marketing team came back as one change list per cut, so multi-stakeholder feedback turned around on deadline.

What they kept

At close-out Chargent got the whole system: Premiere projects, renders, graphics, music, fonts, and the skills, workflows and automated QC checks behind them. Their team can refresh the brand and keep shipping episodes without me.

“There was a lot of creativity in how Ryan presented the information... a unique touch that we could then scale.”

How it ran

From shoot day to publish

  1. 01

    Shoot day

    Chargent

Hosts record a batch of episodes in one session: multi-take interviews to camera, a script per episode.

  2. 02

    Ingest and selects

    Agent + editor

Footage is synced and transcribed, and every take is matched to its line in the script, so the best read of each line is found in minutes, not hours.

  3. 03

    Story cut

    Editor

Hours of takes become a tight, watchable episode: structure from the script, pacing from the performance.

  4. 04

    Motion pass

    Motion system

Titles, lower thirds, chapter cards, kinetic captions and the end screen drop in from the brand system, so every episode looks native to the channel.

  5. 05

    Finish

    Editor

Color grade, audio mix and sound design on every cut.

  6. 06

    Review

    Agent + client

Notes from the project manager and marketing team land in one place and come back as a single prioritized change list, turned around on deadline.

  7. 07

    QC and delivery

    Agent

Automated checks on specs, levels and branding before a publish-ready master goes to the channel.

Skills that run the pipeline

chargent-ingest

Ingest and selects

Syncs camera and lav audio, then names and bins every clip by shoot day, episode and take, so nothing is hunted for later.

chargent-selects

Ingest and selects

Matches every take in a multi-take interview to its line in the script and ranks the reads, so the story cut starts from the best material.

chargent-paper-edit

Story cut

Turns the transcript and script into a paper edit: the strongest read of each line, in order, ready to drop on a timeline.

chargent-compilations

chargent-chapters

Story cut

Splits an episode into YouTube chapters, writes the timestamps and feeds the chapter-card titles.

chargent-motion-brand

Chargent's motion system as rules an agent can follow: colors, type, spacing, timing and which template goes where.

chargent-text-animation

The house type animation: word-by-word reveals, in and out timing and easing curves for every title and caption.

chargent-lower-third

chargent-rec709
